After my bin went missing they took the time to sort me out with a new one. My property is a bit of a unique situation and they even took the time to call me back to make sure I was sorted out. Barbara was brilliant. There’s only so much a council can do, and if you work with them rather than against them, they really can and do help.

Horrid parking experience in Hitchin town centre. Car park ticketing non functional. No cash, no credit cards accepted, phone system can’t recognize car number plate and paybyphone website won’t connect.
