The staff on repairs team and all phone lines are horrible. They have zero respect towards their own tenants. They have no clue on what they’re doing. Poor management. Never move in with this association.
Incompetent rude staff on the phones. Spoke to a very rude woman called ‘Sumera’ who hung on up me 3 times when I asked to speak to her Manager. Absolutely no customer service skills, lack of empathy and extremely rude and abrupt.
Horrible company. Charged us rent for a house we weren’t even able to move into due to the global pandemic. They don’t reply to urgent emails but have the audacity to send threatening letters about losing our home if rent arrears aren’t cleared. (Even though evictions are currently illegal.)

I live in oriana house and were all paying service charges. The communal area hasnt been cleaned for months. Its disgusting the plaice has gone wright down hill.it use to get clean every Friday .whats the the point of paying service charges when there is none.they make me sick.avode at all costs
The service is incrediably poor. The maintenance team is very unprofessional and there is no support from the managers. The association really needs to work on customer focus. Very disappointed and highly recommend people to look elsewhere for housing accommodation.
The service is very POOR. Olu is very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. He should not even be working there as he is very CARELESS and is not BOTHERED about peoples problems. Had garden fencing put up today by Urfat and his team from London maintainance they have done an amazing job thank you all so much would definitely recommend for all jobs big or small they do fantastic work extremely professional and also so polite.

A housing association putting Muslim in their name is not exactly the smartest move. Especially in a country that is trying to promote equality and diversity.
