Any council that can plan and execute the netting of Sand Martin nests in the breeding season is crass, ignorant and incompetent. It’s also liable to prosecution, and hope this will happen asap.

If your neighbour has a barking bog, that barks constantly, don’t expect this council to care about your quality of life, when you complain to them for help in this matter.
