Absolutely atrocious service, don’t waste your money! 10 months and no progress whatsoever. Inept is an understatement. Luckily for me I’m not stressed about the divorce (been separated for 12 yrs, so its a formality), but I can only imagine how upsetting this could be for someone who is already going through a tough time of it.

So slow its painful, judge has rejected financial order 3 times, instead of reading the order in full and saying correct this, this and that, they’re seeing the first error and sending it back, it’s been 9 months now, as the judge sits on it for 6 weeks then another 4 weeks in typing team. Awful

Super slow processing time reception staff is useless too takes very long time to do anything, its been months now but no decree nisi and no contact or update, i think they don’t want to do their job and also want you to stay married.. unbelievable, ridiculous service please avoid this and save time
