Fantastic and easy service as far as my experience goes. I have premium bonds and a cash ISA with them for over two years now and I’ve never had an issue with their website, it’s always been simple and easy… although the navigation could do with being simplified.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews because I love having premium bonds. I have always found them really easy to buy with my debit card, and equally easy to cash back into my nominated account. I’ve cashed in several times and have never had to wait more than a couple of days for them to clear.
