Terrible company who hangs onto funds with flimsy excuses. Sent proof of account on 25th Jan 2023, OFX got Aud funds on 31st to move and here we are on 9th Feb and funds still have not arrived. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Will raise a case with financial ombudsman tomorrow. Terrible communication and they cannot be relied upon.
