We were in Manchester to watch the United match over xmas and stumbled onto this shop on our walkabouts. What a place to shop as my husband and son were very impressed and found lots of nice things. Will definitely make a trip from he South to here again as the staff and atmosphere are just amazing. Thanks you for looking after us.

Don’t recommend having your stuff sent to this store. It told me it would take a couple of days to get my bag delivered but the tracking wasn’t updating, when I followed it up with customer care they’ve stated it’s been lost in transit and are having to issue me a refund 10 days later.

Overpriced store with uncompetitive rates. The yeti rambler bottle, for example, is only 18 oz for £30, yet I was able to get the larger 26 oz for £30 elsewhere. I don’t think all the staff are that welcoming, after blanking my friend who said hello as she entered, though I was pleasantly surprised the last time I visited.

Ordered twice and both orders cancelled days later as product out of stock. Joke!

Swear to god the products are amazing, but the colleagues are as dry as it comes. I said “hello” upon entering and “thanks, goodbye” whilst leaving and both times they just stared at me, expressionless like I just killed their dog.

Bought a few items at different times now, superb clothes, range of brands etc, no worries there. Major gripe is with online orders…..Super super slow to process order, 5 days before despatch on each item then fast DHL delivery, need to sort out order picking and packing guys!!

Some quality clothing in here. Can’t rate a 5 star I’m afraid because of the organisation in the shop. Everything was mixed together so was hard to find brands and styles you’re looking for but the staff were more than happy to help.
