Easter Sunday afternoon, ten people waiting, said it might be 3 hours wait.
In and out in two hours having had injured finger cleaned sutured and dressed by very caring happy nurses. A credit to the NHS, it wasn’t their fault it was so full.

Attended 0800 Saturday 4th February having detached my big toe nail. The reception & treatment that I received was excellent. I felt very comfortable, relaxed, instructions given were clear with kindness & caring First visit to the hospital & l came away feeling confident & cared for. Thank you all so much

Attended via 111. It was very calm. Quickly triaged. Good clear explanation of process. Comprehensive assessment of knee and hip by ANP. Followed by xray. Clear instruction of exercises I should to do to help me rehab. Everyone was very professional. Thank you..

Attended in pain after a fall was seen by a helpful clear receptionist a lovely triage team and fantastic radiographer.
This place truly is the standard the team the wait the attitude of staff and clinical environment really are a cut above exceptional care team should be proud.

Attended 20/6/22 Urgent Treatment Centre for week old knee graze that wasn’t healing. Expected to wait 3 hours and ok with that. However, was reviewed within minutes and examined and issued with antibiotic prescription by charming triage nurse and equally charming paramedic. Very impressed!

Booked in advance for the UTC. It was a week day, so hardly anyone in there. My son was seen on time and dealt with very well. Parking can be a problem, we had to wait for a space, so be aware this could make you late if you have an appointment. Also you have to pay for parking.

I got a ring stuck on my finger which swelled uncomfortably to the point it needed cutting off. I went to the urgencies area and they said the waiting time was 2 hours. I was in and out within 20 minutes, all of the staff were brilliant and cheerful. Thank you so much!

Went to minor injury unit my mum who had be sent to the unit but should of been sent to QA by 111 but John the Nurse was so helpful making sure mum had a referral letter so she could be seen asap when we got to QA . We were so impressed and very grateful. Thank you to John Warne

My dad has just been located here from QA. Before I got there they had showered, shaved and fed him, he looked a million dollars. All the nurses have been amazing in looking after him, nothing is too much trouble and they keep me informed constantly. Lovely place, thank you all. X

Was advised to ring the urgent care here via nhs 111 online and the nurse who picked up the phone said “uhhh we dont really do phone consultations here and also were almost closed” despite having at least 20 minutes left until they were closed. Couldnt even be bothered to advise my husband on something that may well be serious.
