Contacting housing solutions is no longer fit for purpose. Older generations don’t know how to navigate the website. I don’t know how to navigate the website. The website is not fit for purpose. You get one star for having a website I can’t use and a useless telephone number.
Quite good as housing associations go. When I have had any issues, they do get sorted within a reasonable amount of time. The staff who answer the phones have always been very cheerful and helpful.
I was angry because they were supposed to send an electrician to fix an issue but the lovely receptionist defused my rant and arranged for someone to come the next day. All happy now!!!
Rejected my mutual exchange with no explanation, saying I cannot afford the property when I get housing benefit. Didn’t reply when I messaged them and always got excuses.

At the minuit only the outside mobile hut is available this realy a bad point due to no privacy and having to talk about tendency’ around other people .no available hot or cold drinks.
