I just wanted to say a massive thanks to Scott and Ben from the FDH service for the electrical repair they did at my house. Their work was proper and done to a really good standard. This is the very first time that I have been pleased with ISHA’s repair service as I have always filed complaints with their other services.
Isha increased the monthly payment by 31% after lockdown. They didn’t amend the direct debit and now after 7 months later I call them and they tell me I owe them £353. If I could give minus 100 stars I would.

Just want to praise ISHA and contractors FDH for their efforts and efficiency in completing repairs in our home at Highams Park. We are happy with the completed works and appreciate their hard work ethic, which should be applauded. Thank you!!!
The worst housing association ever that leaves you without gas for weeks therefore your sick and doesn’t answer their phone or listen to any voicemails im pretty sure its illegal to leave a tenant without gas and do nothing about it
The worst service!!! receptionist in the out of hours service is not the smartist. I was asked to repeat my address over 5 times. And she still didnt get it right. Even my 5 year old has more common sense.
They aren’t open at 8am, nor are they open at 9am. In fact, I don’t know when they turn on the phone lines but it’s certainly not at the advertised times…
