Bournville Village Trust reviews

We pay them 100s of pounds for them to do absolutely nothing, this is the state of our road right now after paying them TWO yearly instalments. Road / green space management is a myth. All they’ve managed to do is knock on the door saying we should put our satellite dish on the floor, big jokers!

The landscape team came today in awful weather and did a great job of cutting down tree and hedge that were coming onto my property from the trusts land.They were cheerful, helpful and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.Excellent courteous service..thank-you.

Lovely area to live if you can follow all the rules.

The guy’s so trimmed the trees at the back of my garden were fantastic especially the little one he climbs like a monkey and so efficient.

I called out of hours got a boiler leak gas not working the very rude lady spoke to wouldn’t send no one out I am taking this further had to call british gas out to make sure we safe bvt do not care about tenants like they use to to mant attitude staff there

The receptionist is always very helpful and listenes to your queries.

Nice clean place, sorted a few problems out, staff ok.

From living in accommodation supplied bvt brilliant to deal with would go with them again .so sorted and everything well organised.

Can’t believe at a time when people are struggling financially Bournville decide to put the rent up way to go to add to people’s stress.

Really helpful people who will do all they can to help you.
