Pret A Manger reviews

The manager called Michael was being very rude towards me and made me feel very unwelcomed to order from Pret A Manager. I’ve never had this type of experience before where the manager was very rude. Very disappointed. Would not recommend people to come here.

Because Pret don’t do full fat milk I usually avoid them, hence my 3 stars. However, yesterday was an exception. The coffee was good as was the almond croissant, it was fresh unlike the one I received on my last visit to Costa in Watford. More

I don’t recommend coming here with your child and using their facilities when the level of hygiene especially with the baby changing table when I wiped down the table it left my wipe brown and had bits left on it. When questioned a manager their response was” it’s not cleaned daily” and “is it dirty” More

Michael is the best manager, such a nice and funny guy. I always get my smoothie really quick despite the fashion college ordering loads of smoothies and making it very busy. Some customers are too rude because it gets busy but I don’t mind to wait because the staff are great

States open Sunday at 07:00 AM, visited at 08:00 AM two weeks in a row and was shut.

Fairly typical Pret. Deceptively long, plenty of seats. Good service, but music for young people- thankfully not too obtrusive. Usual fare of sarnies, drinks. Good baguettes and latte. I think they still put mayo on the hoisin sauce wrap though. Deeply puzzling.

Typical Pret location. You can’t go wrong especially when you’re in a hurry.

This branch closes whenever it feels like doing so. It’s a Saturday 3pm and it’s shut. Please, update your timetable. Same thing with Sundays. It’s shut at random times.

The manager is bullying two members of staff, blaming any issues on them (some of which are out of their control) and speaking to them in a degrading manner. More

I always wait 20 minutes for one smoothie. They always forget the iced drinks. This has happened 4 times now, I’m disappointed that they don’t even ask the customers if they are waiting for something until it’s 20 minutes in.

I know Pret has always been focused on their customer service but this on (Rathbone Place) is particularly good. Good and fresh food, great service and a lovely atmosphere. Just moved office so this is my new local Pret and couldn’t be more pleased. The chocolate praline cookie is excellent – give it a try!

Nice little place to grab something quick to eat or drop by for a coffee. I had a ham and cheese sandwich, which was tasty, and a piece of carrot cake, which wasn’t bad and a coffee to go. The girl at the register was really nice, service was fast.

Place feels a bit messy, not a great atmosphere about the place, draconian approach to the provision of the toilets. I had a mango smoothie which was satisfying without being spectacular. OK for a quick snack, but I would not think you should spend longer than half an hour here before moving on to somewhere nicer.

The usual Pret fayre, lots of seating and toilet downstairs.

Great value if you take monthly subscription £20 per month. Basically unlimited drinks.

A nice outpost of a very good chain. Lots of seating (behind the counter and downstairs too), and clean and comfortable. Usual menu and prices, but just slightly off the tourist path of Oxford Street which helps.

Is really busy here throughout the day. Some of the food we had didn’t feel up to normal Pret standards.

Pretty standard offering of sandwiches and salads. Good quality, but not cheap. Chocolate croissants are good. Friendly, happy staff.

Not comfortable to sit there for more than a few minutes. Too cramped, too cold and impossible to have conversation with friends. OK if getting coffee and something to eat if taking away!

This branch is situated just off Tottenham Court Road. It never gets crowded so you will always find a seat
