Write a ReviewRapha coffee corner is a real gem! Such a lovely place to grab a coffee and something sweet. Basic coffee setup, can’t go wrong with it. Totally enjoyed the cinnamon roll, one of the best I’ve ever had!
Someone can find the high quality cycling clothes and accessories that Rapha always produces, in a very nice spacious and cozy shop.
The customer service is brilliant and you can also enjoy the coffee shop on the side of the store.
A fab cycle cafe/shop right in the heart of central London. This place has inside bike parking where you can keep an eye on your beloved. …
I’m not sure if it was because I was walking around London all day and finally made my way here, but I managed to get the second to last cake, and it was the best brownie and coffee I have ever had in my life! 😅 I finally see what the hype …
Poor customer service by one of the sales staff. Must be from eastern europe as he talk with an accent
Nice cafe for a drop by whilst shopping for bikes/ related sports items. Coffee is good. It was quite busy when we went so we had to wait for seats.
Great coffee tucked inside this bike shop. They also sell pastries and there’s a seating area. The bike shop also arranges communal bike rides around London.
Extremely frustrating experience to say the least, I received some lovely Rapha birthday gifts from my wife including a pair of Rapha shoes , to the value of over £700.00. …
Really lovely staff. I’m a Rapha Manchester girl but nice to see the same vibes in London! Amazing kit. The quality speaks for itself.
Nice store, nice products but some of the sales staff are pretty arrogant. Happened to me before in this store, same person. Will rather buy online from now on or go to a different store.
First time visiting the store. Tried a shirt which only has S size on display. Enquired for M size with one of the staffs. Without even checking the stock, he just replied that all sizes are on display. …
Very nice and friendly service. They helped me out with choosing product and were very happy to explain details and have me try out different sizes. Great customer service.
Was in London on a holiday and decided to pop by the Rapha London/ Soho store to try on some of their kit. Before coming down, I knew their stuff was pricey but I also heard that their cycling is one of the best in the market. It was quite …
This is the largest Rapah store I have visited. Located in the busy Soho area and easy to find. …
Staffs are help, if ypu dont see the size of you want ask the staff, they have more stock at the back of the store.
Amazing coffee spot all staff friendly and helpful especially Abde
You can also store your bike in store
Great place to swing by for a coffee and the most exquisite patisserie after multiple laps of Regents Park!
Also my favourite go to for the best cycling apparel on the market!
I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now, and for location, coffee, service, and theme, it can’t be beat. The café is part of a cycling store, and even though I’m not a cyclist and don’t watch any on the TV, I love the cycling theme of …
It is expensive but the quality is worth it. Lovely store for a coffee stop too.
Terrible customer service in this shop today from a tall blond man who had an attitude problem. He needs to go to charm school – even my 12 year old said ‘why is he so rude?’. Nicely designed store, but I don’t feel inclined to go back, no matter how much I love the cyclist in my life.
Lighting in the store is terrible, really difficult to see the merchandise properly. Also at least 80% of the space is reserved for the men’s collection which doesn’t make sense to me and is hardly inclusive. They have more women’s stuff in …
Nice space to watch the TdF and enjoy a lovely coffee. They also do a selection of cakes, snacks and most importantly cycling gear.
If you’re into road cycling and enjoy a modern twist on a classic look then Raphael stores are for you. They also offer the staple cycling diet of coffees and pastries as well as some more substantial offerings.
Disapointed .
Totally incorrect sizing on a Pro insulated jacket. All my Rapha jackets are “xxL”. Due to review on sizings I ordered a XXL.Far to small more like a medium. A real shame as the jacket lookd great.
I have registered with RAPHA LONDON: M2L TRAINING RIDES that was supposed to happen on 12th of February. Got confirmation e-mail and was happily planning my Sunday out cycling. …
The best looking cycling kit in the world! They have a cafe as well and their coffee is awesome. The store is expertly laid out, tidy and the staff are always helpful. They have bike racks for you to bring your bike in so you don’t fear it being stolen.
Felt that the staff were trying to be very helpful however had poor knowledge on their products. I also felt that this brand was more about cycling fashion than cycling functionality. Went in to purchase a bib short and was glad i didnt. I …
I’m like a child in a toy shop in the Rapha store but unfortunately they never have my size in store. But a great place for a chat and coffee with like minded folk 👍 …
Once a pioneering cycling cafe and now one of the cultural and retail cornerstones of Soho, also selling the most ergonomic lycra.
Helpful staff worked out my sizing straight away allowed me to try all the stuff on in store got me all fresh items price is high end but quality is exceptional. Wife could sit and have a brew and cake while I shopped.
cool place for rapha fans
the salesman was disaster… even i left the store and i did not buy anything.. i am going to buy from another brand!! he does not know how to suggest or recommend and he was too slow and careless
Just been in and had a great experience with Oscar who helped me find what I wanted and needed in record time. Just what you want when on your lunch break. Great experience. Great service. Highly recommend
Could have been better in term of assisting your customers. Overall OK. Good coffees, very near to Picadilly Circus. A must stop for cycle freak
I often stop by for a, oat hot chocolate. Very tasty and the shop has a good vibe to it.
Rapha, the best cycling related clothing there is with the added bonus of a cafe too. The staff were very friendly & the bikes were safe to put inside the store in racks.
Busy, noisy but in a good way. Secure bike parking inside but I still locked up my bike just in case. Very good mint tea, freshly brewed and attentive friendly service.
Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff who are always amazing at finding items to fit me & my wife’s needs. …
Coffee is good, female barista is nice. Male barista looks pretty rude, and unfriendly. People don’t come to this coffee house to see an unfriendly face like that, he should not be at a customer facing position. (I visited this place on Mon, Sept 12th around 1:40pm)
Clean and sleek place. Friendly staff all around, especially shop assistant John who took time to explain all the details of the different range of socks and bibs. Highly recommend even if you arent a cycling fan
Good service, great products I am told by my expert cyclist friend.
Amazing riding gear. Coffee is great as well
Love the brand. Good coffee, great minced pies on display. 🙂
Did not feel the spirit as well as in Spitalfields.
It’s secretly a coffee shop 🤫 they have my fav Swedish coffee and I found mauren energy gel …
Attentive staff. Very busy store, so the guys have a very difficult job.
Very good quality coffee is served with a smile. Attentive staff … a pleasure to deal with. …
Has everything for cycling fans, amazing coffee, great snacks, cycling races on TV, a bit of cycling history and lycra! Great atmosphere too.
Love this place. They hold events throughout the year for different communities
Whether you’re watching a bike race, having lunch, or buying cycling equipment! Rapha has something for everyone! Favorite cycling place! Coffee is good too!
Great layout, OK coffee, but no one smiles sadly – the guys in the shop were helpful and knowledgeable
Great clubhouse for cycling clothing, watching cycling or grabbing a coffee. Space indoors to leave a bike
Sweet shop with nice bike clothing and the rest of the apparel you would wish. There is also a coffee shop here to get your Lattes etc. Sizes on the clothes are for me as a tall person sometimes a bit short so recommendation is to try it out and find your fit, quality is superb.
Helpful and friendly team – vegan croissants and great plant milk flat white!
great coffee shop with even cooler cycling gear
The assistant was very helpful and non intrusive but there were more coffee buyers than bike gear buyers with all their chatters and unnecessary noises; it was a queer experience but a nice one nonetheless, but they’ve lost me to the online store for the future.
Outstanding coffee, great pastries, sweets and sandwiches. Cool little clubhouse with cycling racing on the screens. Staff a quite kind aswell.
Heaven for cyclist..the staff were very helpful..and they have good coffee at their cafe
A ‘bike shop’ that only sells clothes and accessories!? Went there for an inner tube, pump and some oil and came away handed. Suppose if you want lycia or poncy coffee it might be up your street, but don’t expect tge essentials.
Cafe is spot on. Staff always helpful.
Joe was excellent- staff awesome- product excellent
Thanks
Nice coffee. Nice vibe.
Love the place! Great coffee, great atmosphere, friendly staff!
I am just starting out with road cycling, and came into purchase the basics.
Konstantinos was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly.
He took his time to explain the difference between product types.
My local clubhouse, and Rapha store. An excellent shop, location, generally well stocked and friendly baristas.
Cool brand, high quality bicycle clothing ! Highly recommended, I love it so much!
Cool place.
Very cool place with nice clothes and cycling races – one of advantages is possibility to order something to drink. I’m sure I will back to Rapha London Soho.
Always a pleasure to shop here, boutique looks amazing after the refit.
Kirsten in sales I always fantastic and is a real asset for the company…
Coffee is top class as well!
Highly recommended!!!
Nice cycling vibe but a little tight gor soace when busy. Silly high-stools that are uncomfortable, especially if wearing lycra. Toilet door can catch you out if you don’t ensure that it is 100% locked. Even when it is, the loose door lock …
Best coffee in London. Fantastic clothes. Rapha cycling club are a friendly and welcoming bunch too!
Great coffee, awesome merch, and very helpful staff. Scout the store for unisex items as you might just be concentrating on Men’s or Women’s. Ask about some colors or sizes from staff as they might just have it on stock. My happy place!
Best and modern cycling fashion clothe
After spending nearly 400£ , the salesperson was very unfriendly. Just too much effort to assist, nor does he except my cash.( I was given that money at the airport cash exchange a week ago) …
Really great store. Staff are helpful. We were seen by Jack who was great at helping me pick a gift and I know zero about cycling. Cycling stuff is super expensive but I find Rapha to be more affordable than a few of the other stores such …
Great shop. Great products, nice coffee shop, helpful staff and a big screen. Almost perfect.
Recommend a browse of a sale rack and a coffee.
Great coffee, good vibe, cycling eye candy
Aside from Rapha stuff, it’s a good place for a coffee meetup
If the staff hold the customers in as much contempt as they seem to, if they think working there is beneath them, as they seem to, maybe they should work somewhere else. Don’t ask much for more than basic civility from people in customer …
Although this review is not specific to this store I had to sing some praise. Came off my bike some weeks again and ripped the elbow on my winter jacket. Was only a few months so was a bit gutted. Didn’t know at the time but Rapha have a …
A bicycle shop with small coffee shop inside .. I came for their coffee and it was below average !! …
