Four stars given as the staff member was polite and knowledgeable regarding council tax policy. However appalled to learn that if you have a single discount for living alone in your property you lose it if you go into hospital for a prolonged period , 8 months !. Strange policy.

Has anyone had to deal with the Parking manager? Customer service and basic manners non existent! This would be zero stars if given the option. Very obnoxious person to deal with unfortunately, the first line of customer service were brilliant but once through to the parking manager, customer service was laughable.

The customer service when asking questions about my council tax was just appalling. Very rude woman on the phone. I was treated like an inconvenience.
Far too many people blaming this council for issues that are not their responsibility. Find out who is actually responsible; often it’s Surrey County Council, before blaming R & B BC. I’ve found R & B BC polite and responsive when I’ve needed to contact thrm.
