Fixed my son’s switch lite that another shop couldn’t fix. Repaired the same day it was received. Communication was perfect. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service. Rocket Repairs mended my iPhone even after the Apple Store in Westquay, Southampton said it was irreparable. I shall take all my Apple products to them in the future. Such lovely people too.

A true repair shop, where they will actually open your device and look at the PCB. Brought in a water-damaged phone, and it was fixed within a week. The problem (corrosion) was properly removed, instead of “drying” like other shops do. Would recommend!

Took in my PS4 because there was an issue with the fan – 3hours and only £60 later and it was working and ready to be collected – will definitely revisit if I have issues in the future. Really quite superb :))

awful, i waited 2 months for a macbook that just needed a screen repair, yet they messed that up. They gave me a new MacBook and yet that didn’t work too. They where quite rude when we first asked for a refund saying “well I don’t really want too” as if it’s his choice, i wouldn’t recommend.
