Ordered bunk beds for my kids. Sat in all day waiting for the delivery. Assured twice that it was coming today but did not arrive. No contact, no eta. Terrible customer service.

Loved it. Staff so helpful. No pushing for sales but there to give excellent advice. Wonderful prices. Got my bed exactly when told it would arrive, and it’s comfy. Great shop to go to when you want a new bed. I highly recommend this shop.

After unfortunately having holes missing on one of the bases for the castor wheels,bed world were very quick in sending out 2 new replacement ones.Many thanks to the delivery man,his name was naz and he was very helpful and friendly.kind regards.Andy.w

Absolutely amazing, my bed was delivered today. Its such great quality and the mattress is incredible. Brilliant service and less then half of what it would have cost us in Dreams, thank you guys
