Apart from it being an expensive phone call, you spend ages on hold. Also you send them emails and letters with evidence that you have a jury summons order on the day of your hearing and then they accuse you of not providing evidence and moving forward with the next stage of the hearing. Not service at all!! The service could not be worse. I have called 3 times, each of which I waited over 50 minutes. Terrible service and similar experience with other comments in connection with the phone lines. They were quick to call me up to collect my money but no update on the progress of my case.

If I could give no starts I certainly would. Was in a queue for 45 mins and finally got through but it kept ringing for an additional 10mins and noone picked up, I was forced to hang up. I live 700miles away so it’s not like I can pop in , in person. Thanks, an hour of my life wasted.

Been trying to phone for the last week and every time I ring it just says line busy. Very important that I contact them but they are useless no way of getting hold of them!. Even when I went there to ask for advice the staff were rude on the desk and told me to keep trying the number which clearly don’t work.

Do you want to call them? Forget about it. I think they have left the phone busy so that no one call them. I have been trying and it has been busy. Can you believe I called them 85 times and now about 70 times and the line is busy. It is not possible that they are serving other customers. I wish if I could avoid these lazy people.

Letter received the day before the deadline on a Saturday. I wonder if you can actually sue them for negligence or terrible service in general. Definitely do not listen to any of their advices.

I have emailed you on 20th April and 6th May with no response. I have tried to call over 20 times and the phone is constantly engaged or nobody answers. The service is shocking, if this was a commercial business they would have gone bust a long time ago.
