Good local gym, friendly and enthusiastic staff. I go off peak generally and it is not busy. A comfortable place to work out at a decent price.

Recently returned to using the gym at weekends and am happy to say the hygiene and cleanliness has improved a great deal, it was one of the factors which almost prevented me from returning but am really impressed.

Staff are always so friendly and helpful, great gym too, doesn’t feel like you’re being judged while exercising.

Gym good. Staff friendly. But bad for residents. Ripped curtains. Sometimes no hot water. Sometimes lift faulty. Sometime washing machines not working. Sometimes dryers out of order. Very hard for residents and very good for out door people

Terrible place. Wanted me to pay nearly £50 for gym membership just to be told I couldn’t use the gym today. Disgusting. Staff are unprofessional and patronizing

I found this place quite welcoming good classes this morning I done TRX and circuit both classes were full with a good atmosphere

Held my daughters birthday party, it ended too abruptly & we paid for food yet it was all taken away before we had a chance to take it with us. Certain it was used for the party right after us.

Decent sized rooms and comfortable beds. Joking. It’s pretty bad but it’s better than nothing.

Very welcoming gym, with a good variety of cardio and weight machines as well as free weights and classes. Best of all there is no gym snobbery and feels inclusive to all ages and abilities.
