Used the Citizens Advice service which is in the west wing. All voluntares doing a great job. Got great advice on how to move forward. Recommended.
I belive there is a big corruption in BCP council . Unnecessary road works , waisting tax papers money for road works that take ages to finish!!! And it’s almost impossible to speak to somone !!!

No option given to speak to someone about my query. You are given 4 options when you call. If your query doesn’t fall into one of these categories, there is no option to speak to anybody AT ALL!! I have just relocated from Hertfordshire. In this regard BCP is extremely poor in comparison.

Trouble is, because the Conservative councillors keep being voted in they don’t feel they need to make an effort. Ours at Littledown seem reasonably helpful. The council is strapped for cash now due to central government cuts and the effects can be seen.

They like to waste money on ‘Surf Reefs’ and other crap. They have shafted me every year I have lived on the east cliff due to the parking and road closures for the festivals, without actually offering me in return for the inconveniences. But the bins get emptied, and the streets are clean.

This must be the worst website EVER. Designed by a 5y.o and administered by more of the same. Almost impossible to find what you want. I followed the instructions given on the phone and all i got was – 404 PAGE DOESNT EXIST. A complete and utter waste of everyones time.
I’ve been holding on the phone for hours. They tell you what number you are in the queue. However, there’s probably no proper and just loads of ppl on hold in perpetuity.
