Write a ReviewVery strange setup in this town with a tannoy system that I can only think is paid for by the council that will shout your description all over the town centre if they think you may be doing something they think is wrong. I have never seen a system like this and I’m frankly horrified that is exists. Shame on you Rugby council.
Variable they have some great staff who go beyond duty to help but don’t ask for a refund otherwise you could be not living by the time you receive it

Tried ringing 3 times in a week, over an hour waiting for someone to pick up the phone each time. Be alright if I want waiting do long for a 5minute convocation to be had.
Awful customer service , ringing them for 5th time now , chose option for council tax payment and after someone finally answered the phone i have had been told that they don’t deal with council tax.. transferred to someone again and then hear phone answered and put down . Now on hold for one hour. Great Job !!

Paid for and additional green bin in April, still not arrived after following up twice. Complained many times about bin being left blocking access to driveway, still happening. Going unnoticed. Takes ages to get through.

Email address not recognised and was waiting for the phone to be answered for over 15 minutes before giving up

Very poor service
Rugby council have THE WORST Website I’ve ever seen. So unprofessional it’s ridiculous. Nothing is straight forward, clearly coded by boomers. Think they need to hire less oldies in there tech departments or at least take some notes from other councils. Usually they’ll make it as easy as possible to take your money, not in rugby!!
I believe Mark Pawsey doesn’t look after Rugby properly.

Not helpful just ignorant, unless your from Eastern Europe (Priority) And you never get a reply via email. The council shouldn’t exist. There in the right all the time. I never got a reply from DHP About £600 they owe me. Out of my wages ? Wake up council.

Brilliant service I asked about some awful litter being picked up on my walk, the lady on the phone at the council was excellent and very helpful, within 4 hours I had an email to confirm the litter would be picked up and within 24 hours it was all gone, thank you, great service

Awful rude people can never get an adult conversation out of anyone and they certainly don’t know how to listen or pick up dog foul or litter from the streets and it is an absolute pleasure to have left rugby and live somewhere else
