Really helpful staff! One lady,Belina,she had to unblock my account,re-enter all the details,she was very helpful, she kept apologising for keeping me there a long time when it was not her fault. She gave me a lot of information as well.
Opening time was like on the site but last week I went to that branch and they changed opening times starting from 9:30 and Saturday at 9. I went this morning (Saturday) at 9:05 and the branch was closed, nobody inside and they took out the opening time schedule which was on one of the windows.
Had brilliant service this morning after having my purse stolen and had to have my cards stopped. Really understanding taken into an office and even phoned a Yorkshire bank to help stop that card as well. Thankyou

Wife went to Camden branch. Arrived about 2:30pm. Was closed. Opening hours on branch web details shown as closing at 4:30pm. This is false advertising.
The worst santander I have ever been , not helpful at all and the managers don’t give a damn about their customers please avoid banking with this morrons.
