Write a ReviewSomething now wrong with this company, they’ve consistently lost money on three of my accounts over the years and trying to get hold of them on the phone is a nightmare takes ages/days getting through on their mobiles?? and really bad …
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Any insurance you take up with Scottish Widows has an inbuilt price hicking mechanism called “random sampling”, where they look at any new factors that can push up your premiums. You can’t opt out either. They tell you …
Avoid this company at all costs. Have been messing my dad around and his pension policy for years putting him off looking after his financial affairs.
Useless company! I have money invested with them and we not been able to withdrawal or access any of our own money! …
Horrendous company. I want to move my pension fund but this cannot be done on their website. So I sent 3 emails, spent hours trying to reach them. Nothing, absolutely nothing back from them. This is a pure scam.
Appalling service, impossible to even talk to anyone. Stop spending money on TV adds and start investing in your own people and customers. 10/10 would NEVER recommend
currently been on the phone for 50 minutes spoke to two people and now waiting for a third to answer……….1 hour and a half later thought i’d got somewhere but no they have to send me an email then i ring back tomorrow and it will …
I now think there name is derived from the fact you may well die of old Age, while on hold or being passed to every dept for every policy you hold, Only to be passed to another, My other tip would be to get fitted with a catheter as you wont be able hold on as long as they`ll keep you.
I note that this is marked on Google maps with an ATM sign. True, there is such a machine situated in the atrium of the building, but you’re unlikely to be able to access it unless you’re a member of staff. Instead, you should walk 50 meters further on to Sainsbury’s where there is an in-shop ATM
This company is really skilled in stealing money with no hesitation. White Day Robbers they should be called, not Scottish Widows !
Shame!
