Selco Builders Warehouse reviews

I have been doing a charity project over the last week and have been let down by all sorts of suppliers and contractors. I must have been in this store every day for the last week. Incredibly personal customer service. They have been absolutely incredible on every visit including bank holidays! Would definitely reccomend.

These guys are not helpful at all go to the tysley branch. I came in here to spend near enough £1200 on render supplies and when I asked for some advice the lady said I’m not a plasterer and walked off. I wouldn’t recommend this place to …

Helpful staff, decent prices,quiet early doors, excellent range

The delivery has arrived a day before what that due, and left in the block of flat back door without any notice.

2 stars because they do have a good range but the prices aren’t usually any cheaper than Wickes, B&Q, or any other builders merchants that’s open to the public…..so what’s the point of a trade only outlet? …

Bad customer service. Unfriendly staff. If you are not happy, no one care about . I had wheelbarrow which start to lose bolts after an hour use. No respect if you have foreign accent! They offer me free delivery and the day after the payment, wasn’t free.

Delivering 1 lift on an artic, Can’t unload from the flat road due to health and safety and two of their van drivers have parked in their yard and gone for a break. Waited 45 mins, completely unnecessary!

You spend too long waiting at the service desk to be served, some staff don’t seem fussed but others are friendly, I’ve been to worse Selco’s overall but the wait is definitely the worst here

Easy store to buy from if you’re signed up. Products are laid out well and good stock levels. Very pricey compared to other though.

Badly organised and pretty much calamitous every time I go there, it’s like nobody there cares about customer service. Only visit when I find stuff cheaper, try to avoid if I can.

After alot of confusion we got there in the end only went in for four candles and repeatedly got sent to gardening department but great friendly staff super helpful

Used Selco for many years finding them to be the best builders merchants out there by far. This should’ve been a five star. Unfortunately Trying to get through to the store it’s a nightmare.
