I’ve been a tenant for over 20yrs and can honestly say that this is an excellent housing association. Any repairs I have raised have always been dealt with swiftly and with very professional friendly staff. I would definitely recommend selwood compared to other housing associations.

I agree I’ve been through hell since I’ve came to salewood housing all they care about is making money they don’t care about the tenant’s I’ve been her 6 years and I’ve been racially abused twice with know support from salwood or the police its a real sham that things have got this bad if I defended myself I would be sat in jail

As of 10/03/2021 disappointed at out of hours service this year on 2 occasions, doesn’t appear to have changed disability issues when it comes to certain repairs being classed as emergency
