No one ever available to take calls, everything online, so many pages on the website don’t work, website designed by a five year old in the 90s and when you have an issue as the Spelthorne website inevitably goes wrong, no one available to take a call. You leave a message and no one calls back. Spelthorne Council website is a joke!

I have the distinct impression that there is no ‘inter department’ communication. The staff are pleasant but one has to send information several times if dealing with different departments of the council. Not very impressive. There are computers so why don’t they check the computer- or is that difficult?
