Been to many countries in Europe with Shearings over the years. Each holiday is different with memorable excursions and great memories, thank you to all the staff and bus drivers who do an excellent job. Thank you Shearings.

Extremely disappointing we cut short holiday due to dirty room cracked windows insufficient room to open a case. Very uncomfortable. Bus trip we were expected to be on a coach for 9 Hours for 120 miles trip. When I contacted Shearing they could care less no apology Very defensive. Never again.

Hotel needs some updating. Why on earth not done during lockdown. We stayed at Carymore in Arrochar. The food and waiters were fantastic could not fault. The prices have or seems to have jumped up since lockdown. The location of hotel is beautiful.

Very early pickup. 5.40am. Didn.t follow covid rules in hotel. Had us queuing for buffet meals when it was covid law to have table service. Hotel room and crockery in my room in so called 4* hotel dirty.

Went to Weymouth with them, hotel was very good and service was very good, main meal took a bit of getting used to but the sweets were very nice, Great sea views.

Never again, Shearings customer service is appalling, 5 times I was promised a call back that never happened, 7 emails sent and only 1 received a reply which was very dismissive giving a very clear impression that neither I or my complaint was important.

I have tried to telephone Shearings regarding our holiday, I was number 72 on the list, the e/mail address was no reply. I find it very frustrating that they make it almost impossible to talk regarding a pending holiday, not happy really.

Shearings really need to look at the pickup routes, it should not take 8 hours to arrive at destination which is less than 3 hours away, please check before you book.

We were in Trecarn Hotel Torquay..28th to July 2nd…awful food from start to finish no gravy etc with dinners ..jelly with fruit cocktail served in hot soup bowl …it was liquid and they were surprised when I sent it back……won’t say much more as myself and the majority of my bus are putting in a no of complaints….

My friend and I while eating lunch, checked the website for a holiday with shearings. By the time we had finished we had selected, booked and paid for our holiday, great choices and easy website, thanks so much

Haven’t used them yet although when we inquired about a price no nobody could help me ?

Not used them before but friends say they are excellent. That’s why I thought I try them

Avoid Shearings full stop. They don’t care about the customer. They care about just lining their pockets. Never Again.

Don’t use, appallingly customer service, will never use shearing again
