Been to many countries in Europe with Shearings over the years. Each holiday is different with memorable excursions and great memories, thank you to all the staff and bus drivers who do an excellent job. Thank you Shearings.

Extremely disappointing we cut short holiday due to dirty room cracked windows insufficient room to open a case. Very uncomfortable. Bus trip we were expected to be on a coach for 9 Hours for 120 miles trip. When I contacted Shearing they could care less no apology Very defensive. Never again.

Never again, Shearings customer service is appalling, 5 times I was promised a call back that never happened, 7 emails sent and only 1 received a reply which was very dismissive giving a very clear impression that neither I or my complaint was important.
