Friendly staff member, good variety of slippers, trainers, and comfy style shoes. My father loves it and only wears skechers flexi.

Service here was top notch as needed wide shoes staff helped me as looked at slip on and lace up, asked for help, staff recommended lace up even so was cheaper than the slip on this shows me that staff actually help and give great advice well done to the team at sketchers Wembley thank you.

The staff here are lovely and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. I took off one star because despite this being an “outlet” some of the shoes (black ones) are the same price as non outlet skechers stores and even more expensive than online.

Best experts at your disposal. My GoWalk shoe are best in class. Feels like shock absorbers on my feet 🙂

I was deceived by another member of the staff at the end, we bought 5 shoes and she refused to give us individual bags even if I insisted and was rude to us. Didn’t have what I was looking for but it’s always good value

Very nice selection of shoes, however I did not like staff attitude as was trying to move down the rows to see the selection and some staff do not want to move and when I ask them to they grunt and look as if i am causing them effort!

I like sketchers but I never find anything that suits my style. Its too many trainers. They need more staff as there are never anyone around to help you out.

Sometimes it can get a bit confusing finding the correct size/model with all the boxes they have. But this store has some good deals and their shoes are definitely worth the investment. Very comfortable and soft fit, something unique about Sketchers.

It’s a great store. I exclusively buy my shoes from here as their shoes are comfortable and last long. The prices are also brilliant compared to other Skechers retail stores (of course this is an outlet). The staff are also polite and always happy to help with anything.

A worker at sketchers is fantastic as she takes her time with me showing me which is what etc. She was very calm, paitent and ends with a ‘have a nice day’ after she packed my shoes. Definitely will be back again.

Good deals to be had pleasent shopping experience

Good range of shoes. Sizing can be a touch confusing as the main size on the boxes are EU sizes. The maximum size in females is 8 English size. This I found a touch frustrating.

Thy have many collections of shoes and cost is quite reasonable….if u want to buy a shoes for a better prize then u need to visit Skechers…

Having checked on the phone and told there were three pairs of the shoe we wanted found on arrival that there were none available on the shop floor and out back as the computer system had not been updated. A total waste of time. Told in future to ask them on the phone to check the stock visibly.

Staff was so helpful, helped me find the right shoe size right away and someone spotted me waiting to pay and came to the other till to help me checkout faster as I was in the queue.

Went to buy shoes, at the till realised that one is defective so asked a lady at the counter if they have another pair she said she checked in her system and they don’t, went to level lady on the shop floor and she checked at the back for me ans she found it.

Spent a fortune in here, shoes were £35.00 cheaper than in normal Sketcher shops and they weren’t end of line all up to date products.

Nice shop, fairly quiet due to Covid. Staff were helpful and friendly, made us aware of current offers. I would recommend.

Huge shop selling a wide selection of trainers and running shoes. Some great deals to be had here if you like the Skechers brand. I was not a massive fan of the styles available so ended up in Nike and Adidas.
