Parking enforcement does not exist in High Wycombe. Vehicles frequently parked on double yellow lines on dangerous spots and the council does nothing. Disgusting and appalling service. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have lived in different parts of the country but Bucks council is the most expensive of them and giving the worst service for it. Lady answering the phone in customer service is the most rude and unhelpful person I have spoken to in a long time. No reply to the emails for weeks and have been told I’m not the only one waiting !

I have had very bad experiences about bin collectors. They left my bins twice in a month of may 2019 and both times before bank holiday. I have been reported both times but unfortunately no responded instead of paying full council tax .
So disappointed

The money goes in. Nothing comes out. Waste collection is diabolical. One excuse after another. Management need to be held to account for the services that they have provide us. Either lead,follow, or get out of the way.

They repair roads with cheese and don’t take responsibility when you try to claim for damage to a vehicle. Services continually cut and expensive council tax rates when compared to adjacent councils.

Re bin replacement… 2 years waiting for the lid of a general waste bin and 2 weeks waiting for the food bin and they tell us to wait till after Xmas ! where are we supposed to keep all the rubbish in the meantime? appalling!

Phoned today to report yet another missed bin collection at 1640 was told there was a 20 minute wait which was not a problem then at 1650 I was told that the office had now closed very poor customer service considering how much council tax we all pay

Useless tried to appeal parking ticket as I was paying for a ticket and came back to my car to find a pcn on it after only 3 minutes of it being there, but council won’t listen and now have to go to court to make my case to a judge, also Funniest thing ticket wax issued on Xmas eve that’s the type of people working for this council
