Every time I have to contact Surrey County Council for a specific issue there has been so much help and advice especially for the support too from the staff.
I’ve been surprised how much help is there in times of difficult situations that can not be avoided.

The payroll department is a shambles. Customer service is beyond disgusting. Helena is nothing but helpful.
