Absolutely shocking service. Son has nearly died 3 times.Once in Durham hospital and twice at home. 3 Years ago Durham hospital referred him to South tees for a brain scan. It has been cancelled 4 times now. So heis not getting any medication until the out come of the scan

Can’t say enough about how kind and helpful all the staff are. We have had nothing but a good experience with parking, service and care. Always a welcome cup of tea and meals made available to patients in their hour of need.

What lovely helpful people staff the radiotherapy department, everyone was kind really helpful especially when you are bringing a neighbour for treatment and you worry about leaving the car to go and collect or drop him off

The phone contact system is rubbish. Tried approx 10 times without being able to speak to anyone. My mother in law had an appointment two weeks ago a letter was supposed to be in the post a week ago 1st class . This makes the nsh look a shameless

Car parking is a nightmare. They have moved the massive covid testing pods into the main car park. Didn’t see a single patient. The bit where the pods were is not available for parking. And yet they are doing covid jabs. Where are we meant to park?

Can not fault this hospital at all. Everyone is just amazing so nice so friendly and certainly look after you.

Terrible, got there 15 mins before appointment, waited in waiting room for 20 mins, got shown to a examination room and was sat in there for 40 mins before I had a 15 min consultation that could have been done over the phone, 8 drove 30 miles for this and took a day off work

The nurse and the radiologists are amazing people all so very caring

First class service by 5 star staff. I was very well cared for during my 8 day stay in the oncology ward
