I have just been in to have a blood test. This facility is very easy to get to and to park (free for 30 mins). The Phlebotomy department was on point, running very efficiently, considering there was a computer system breakdown earlier on the day. The nurses were non stop. Brilliant service. Thank you.

Absolutely disgusting how I didn’t receive a cancelation text or letter. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and was told the system canceled my appointment. Absolutely dissatisfied today.

Went to have an X-ray this afternoon and after I had it done I stopped to say hi to some friends of mine and the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. The guy who did it as well was a bit rude. Wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely amazing staff at the minor injuries department through this tough time for my son with suspected broken finger. Video call time slot from reception booked, Video call from nurse at exact time – after a look advised to go for X-ray. X-ray done and dislocated finger strapped up and straight home. Went to the Minor Injuries Unit when my teenage daughter twisted her ankle and could barely walk. How great to have a facility like this where I could drop her at the door and then park nearby. Just a short hobble to the MIU and across the corridor for an x-ray. Staff were excellent and we only had to wait about 20 minutes.

Just had my blood’s taken, travelled from Chelmsford….!!!! Arrived at 1620 for an Xray, was back in the car by 1700 after being given the all clear. Very helpful staff.

Arrived mid morning to have bloods taken. Waited no more than 10 minutes.

Clean with good facilities. Not a review for departments or consultants as they always run late

Long wait in minor injury (2 hours), but fab staff and decent café

Classic NHS, overcrowded and they lie about your recovery time by making it longer because they are busy.

Pt dropped off here, staff very polite and professional.
