Terrible customer service!! Called twice today to find out some information, got cut off after 20 mins of holding, called back & the same thing happened

Very helpful and informative on both contact occasions, no waiting in a queue and straight in to talking to a real live person, they even phoned me back unprompted with more guidance.

They prioritise the Applications that are made recently they ignore the old applications and say there’s 16 week waiting when they have had the case for years this place and system needs changing, a case with no drama is taking longer than a case with children finances properties to fight over.

Convenient location, spacious rooms, but only 1 pillow each, no more was available, as majority of customers were asking for one.

Impossible to get hold of by phone, even worse now they’ve removed the queue system. At least when you were 65th in the queue you knew about it and hung up. Now you just end waiting endlessly. Paperwork processed at snails pace, god knows what they are doing down there, takes weeks and weeks to get anything done.

Daughter got what she asked for after using the app. It was quick and friendly.
