Arrived at court, very quiet, waited over an hour, one of the staff was watching a Starwars movie on his iphone. Try and get anyone to answer the phone, no one does, you can ring for 20 minutes. This is a place paid for by public funding, why is someone not taking care to improve this institution
Reading previously that there is noone to man reception?! This place should have all the staff to offer in the world considering they fine you £100 for programming your sat nav before leaving their car park and call it ‘illegal parking’ …
They scam people for money robbers
A truly terrible service! Extremely hard to contact anyone via phone as they never answer it & when you do finally get to speak to someone you can be sure they will try talking to you like dirt in a very rude & patronizing manor.
Been on the phone for over an hour listening to it ringing. How are you supposed to sort out legal issues if you do not answer the phone??
Been trying for days to get through to their phoneline as Grantham court has now gone…. Phone line constantly rings then cuts you off, even sent emails and still nothing, bloody useless!
