Awful awful housing association. They do not care about their residents. Trying to get a repair through United living is another story! They either don’t turn up on time don’t even turn up at all. This needs to be sorted! Rent is expected on time, I expect my issues resolved on time too! You need another repair team!

Dealing with these people especially the repairs team will leave you suicidal. Absolutely terrible service.

Poor customer service,poor antisocial behaviour help, would not recommend them,as a tenant myself with shg I would not choose them, they are absolutely abominable
