I now have a lovely home thanks to a lovely staff for showing me a lovely flat which I now call home. Thank you trudient housing for a lovely and safe flat so happy. Trudient staff are very welcoming and helpful. I have no problems with them. Trudient are so much better than my old landlord.

Been with them a number of years and they have never been worse. Customer service is non existent and they tolerate anti social behaviour in their accommodation as long as the rents being paid. Recently given a bucket and told to clean up the black mould myself and always leave the windows open, even in winter.

I’ve been renting from trident for 9+ years. It was a great housing association for a good few years, can’t say the same now unfortunately. Waiting forever to have repairs done, they send staff to fix the issue, but they have to come again 2-3 times, as not prepared for the job.
