Worst company on the planet. Rude unprofessional staff sitting and paid to do nothing.

I now have a lovely home thanks to a lovely staff for showing me a lovely flat which I now call home. Thank you trudient housing for a lovely and safe flat so happy. Trudient staff are very welcoming and helpful. I have no problems with them. Trudient are so much better than my old landlord.

Been with them a number of years and they have never been worse. Customer service is non existent and they tolerate anti social behaviour in their accommodation as long as the rents being paid. Recently given a bucket and told to clean up the black mould myself and always leave the windows open, even in winter.

Every time we’ve called them although they just say yeah or hello, no professionalism at all, transferred to someone in the organisation who just answered ‘what’ when answering. You need some serious customer care training folks. Luckily …

Staff weren’t very helpful didn’t seem to know what was going on. Customer service is very poor and when you try and phone them it’s takes way to long to answer the phones (over 1hr today)

Worst housing association ever never does repairs never answers phones and don’t give a dam

I’ve been renting from trident for 9+ years. It was a great housing association for a good few years, can’t say the same now unfortunately. Waiting forever to have repairs done, they send staff to fix the issue, but they have to come again 2-3 times, as not prepared for the job.

Had to visit a vulnerable person with food parcel. During the first lock down there was more help available but this time very few food parcels are being delivered.

Very bad service. I had problems and ring to find out what happen. One of the staff just say them can’t help and they cut the phone of. Unbelievable. So sad.

they tolerate the residents to be rude and disrespectful, when I go to the elevators I have to leave, because the residents do not respect the law 2 meters apart, my neighbor upstairs has a party and plays music all night, and I I want to move to another place, but they don’t want to put me in another house.

Attended an assessment interview and was told that I would be contacted the following week. Its now been 2 months.
