Very friendly staff. I spoke to two different people on the phone regarding the nappy bags collection and they were very willing to help. I was very pleased.
I rang, left a message and to be honest wasn’t hopeful, but got a call back the same day from a very helpful guy – professional and friendly.
Hopefully the council will not be sending out intimidating if anyone is late paying their council tax in the current crisis. After all people are being given mortgage holidays.
I’d give 0 if I could, staff who answer calls do not have a single brain cell and will confidently hang up the call if you are not worth their time. Incompetent snobs.
