Useless people at this place. Only proactive when it comes to taking peoples money. If you require help the number just continuously rings. Is there any admin staff actually working there??? …

Supposed to be open at 9am had been calling since then to confirm a time for an appearance on that day, and the phones just rung for 20-30 mins with no response. To say all the money you take from people but can’t find the facilities to answer the phone? Wouldn’t take them long to send out a fine though I’m sure.

Tried at least 4 different numbers before i hit on one that was valid, only to be cut off every time i pressed the extension for assistance.
Poor poor facilities for a place that fines thousands of pounds. Archaic system desperately in need of an upgrade.

Very friendly and helpful staff, it’s a shame the small coffee shop has had to close
