Started closing up 30 minutes before it actually closed meaning chairs and tables were being loudly banged together whilst being stacked. Work station was in a terrible state. Only one server at the time and unable to serve me for around 5 minutes by which time it was 5:35. Toilets were not clean. Avoid. More

I don’t like cities. So I’m being biased. But the atmosphere here just isn’t relaxing. It’s loud and cramped, and it’s very busy all the time, as one would expect, but it doesn’t make for a relaxing setting.
Service is good though and the staff are excellent. More

Literally every time I order the coffee is so milky compare to other sites.. For instance Starbucks in Bermuda Park, Walsgrave, binley, tile Hill is so much better.. Not enough staff to keep tables clean in busy shop – off putting (7 months ago). Visited there again today – two staff on and customer service is so slow because the ratio of staff to customers is too low. Dirty tables (staff to busy to be able to clean them) and toilets checked regularly but absolutely disgusting (female and disabled).

The shop has had a well needed face life since last month. Has out door seats but it’s placed in a very busy area. On the oil side it’s outdoor seating in what could be called “Coventry’s heritage area” as the prewar bank is there and plenty of trees, a status, lady Godiva clock and peeping tom too!
