Just discovered this store today. Their goods are really lovely but not the cheapest that’s for sure. However had a lovely coffee ☕ & scone in the café, although it was a bit of a wait for the table service.

One of our favourite lunch spots when shopping! Super efficient, helpful and cheery staff. There is also a lift for access to the cafe for those with mobility issues. Always gluten and lactose free options.

Staff in cafe are friendly but please someone train them and being called love about 8 times is somewhat grating. They need to delegate properly. Someone doing teas and coffee and someone on the till. As I said training badly needed because they seem nice people.

Keep away from this place, bad custumer service and loads behind the scenes, avoid using them to fit your bathroom as they use a subcontractor ( Tayford Ltd ) that has been dissolved for over a year and then dont pay the tradesman, plus they promess the work to take 1 to 2 weeks and end up taking up to 4 weeks.

Terrible customer service and disappointed in the quality of the sofa we bought it took 4 attempts YES 4 to get one we accepted, faults, flaws and even rips on arrival , still not and very happy they haven’t done anything to actually help 3k we spent and not worth the money , shop around avoid this place !
