Can’t get through on phone number just lots of info and other numbers none of which relate to why I need speak to them the one option to speak to someone just rings and rings forever no one ever answers it. Likely they deliberately do this cause there lazy civil servants like every government facility.

Almost impossible to get through on the phone , which is a monotonous voice who cannot pronounce the letter H correctly , twittering on with a list of other numbers . When you press the “right” number , the call continues ringing for 7 minutes with NO RESPONSE . What a disgraceful service this is – appalling

Why have one phone number when all that happens when you ring this one is an essay of Information to write down, that takes forever to listen to and if you miss that information, listen again. Have a pen and recording device at the ready.

It’s easily accessible and there is a public car park nearby it’s also close to the train station and bus station.

Probably the worst court service in the uk can never get hold of any one who can help with your cases absolutely rubbish
