Disgusting that you can’t return any item with a discount code. Absolute scam that they offer a discount code as soon as you’re on the website. Also don’t have any form of accessible returns without having to go out of your way and pay. AWFUL.

Check returns policy, its absolute jokes. Online must be retretur online ONLY you have to pay for returns too. Never buying again online or in-store. Adios

SCAM! SCAM! Avoid. Worst company I have ever bought for. Bought a £60 jacket from them – never received any confirmation of order, dispatch or delivery AT ALL. When I queried it – they said it had been delivered. Turns out the package had been dumped on the floor outside my house – and either someone had stolen it or the driver took it back for themselves I’m not sure. I never received it though. When I queried this to ask for a new delivery or a refund, they made me do an excessive amount of paperwork just to prove I hadn’t lied about not receiving it which is riduclous. The whole process took exactly 11 WEEKS and I still haven’t received a refund, my item or any extra compensation for my trouble. Olivia at The Couture Club was the most unhelpful, supercillious rep I have encountered in a long time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND!
