Wouldn’t recommend this hospital at all. Very rude staff. Even ask if I was intoxicated at 7am in the morning. Wouldn’t do a x-ray told me to go to A&E or my doctors. I couldn’t walk and took the wheelchair away from me I was using. Disgusting behaviour from receptionist to the nurses. Don’t go….

Absolutely great service. Walked in and was assessed within 40 minutes , then sent straight to X-Ray, then half an hour later my problem was diagnosed and I received treatment ! All the staff were lovely especially the practitioner and the nurse who strapped my broken finger up! Best service I’ve had from the NHS in a long time !

The nurses took the vital signs that were required before I saw the doctor, who was nice and made me feel as like I was being listened to. The respiratory department was wonderful, the appointment times was kept within a fair period. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hospital.

Just returned from Mexboro minor injuries unit. Following a fall I’ve fractured my ankle. All sorted within 1 hr 30 mins. Very special thanks to Maisie and Malcolm you were brilliant and also Zoe on reception.

Just visited Minor Injuries Unit and I cannot praise this unit enough. I was seen, xrayed and diagnosed within 20 minutes! Excellent professional and friendly staff. I can highly recommend using this unit

Had a tooth out at dental hospital. They was amazing . Felt at ease with them

Took daughter for an x-ray of her mouth after referral from a dentist. They didn’t want to do it and made up loads of excuses.

Came home from uni because I was in too much pain. Wasnt in there 10 minutes before being being told to leave and that they wouldn’t even have a look at me. Ridiculous.

Unbelievably difficult to get in touch. Switchboard rings then cuts you off. Appt system puts you on hold for 12 minutes then cuts you off. Tried it over and over and it does it every time. Rubbish!

So lucky to have this great service on our door step.These workers are so good kind and professional.

Always seen on time, treated really well, plenty of room for parking.

Couldn’t fault the care and consideration of all the staff involved

Told me it would be up to 30 Mins but end up waiting 2hrs not even the best quality not happy at all and constant noise bleeping in my ear.

Nothing bad to say as I was in and treated and back out within 1 hour 30 mins
