Staff prefer to be on their phones even when quiet. Asked about an upcoming phone to which the staff had no clue, which would be fine if they had any customer service skills.

It’s been 5 days still no network I don’t why they are selling or advertising as best network please do not go for 3?network

Fantastic service, helped me change everything over and looked into my internet, I now have 5g wifi (faster than the old fibre) a massive tv as part of the deal and a brand new iphone all for less than £100 per month, massively cut my bills down. I’m from overseas. We called into 02 to enquire about a SIM for the time we’re in the UK, they couldn’t help us. Walked into 3, within 5 minutes we walked out of the shop with SIM installed in phone. Excellent, excellent service, I can’t speak more highly of the lady that helped us.
