Really rude staff, especially when u want to return items! I went today to return the jacket, btw Austria has a nice return policy that protects customers, they find a reason to not accept the jacket back! With an explanation that the jacket smells nice! Disappointed

I do shopping there , sometimes can be vary stressful but it is always in which time. I recommend in the morning because I can try some clothes in peace without waiting for cabin , because sometimes can be very full with customers. This TK is the pure chaos. The staff especially at the changing rooms was very rude and unpolite. We like the things at the TKs but that’s too much unorganized presentation of clothing. We saw much better TKs in Germany, they do a better job….

Bought some knives, trousers, socks, candles and earrings, very good quality. Keep in mind that if price tag says 70% discount, that this is 70% discount on RRP. Realisticly it’s like 10-20% discount compared to online pricing.

Great place to get a reasonable discount on branded items. There is little to no customer service. It can get little crowded, but location is bang perfect. Right on the shopping street of Vienna. You can also buy amazing gifting items from here. Half price is another store located right next to this. You can visit there too.

This shop always has been and always will be pure chaos. Come outside of rush hours (it gets insanely busy every day after 4pm or on Saturdays). I admire the employees, who valiantly brave the insane masses of bargain-hunters and attempt to tidy up the place.

A nice place for shopping if you have time to go through all the possible things there. However, if you have in mind what and where you want to do the search the shopping process will be quicker and more efficient. I like it for women’s shoes, accessories and children’s toys. The shop is located on the first floor, there is a escalator and a elevator for easy access. The store is a little chaotic, it takes some wedding around into you find what you are looking for. It’s a very very crowded place for me, it’s pandemia and I don’t understand why people is in such an emergency to buy some «brands» in a «good price», not my style of store, such a mess because people can’t behave in a good way because they are in a rush to buy.

The store is okay, you have to search a lot to find something nice, the clothes are pretty chaotic… the prices for gold brands are very high compared to the shops in Germany.

So, you can find clothes and shoes from top brands with a very good discount, but still a little expensive if you’re on a budget. If you have time and patience you can find really good deals, but just keep in mind that things won’t be as neatly arranged as in other stores, and that you really have to dig in the counters to find stuff.
