This is an amazing hospital, so clean and welcoming. The staff are lovely. I would prefer to go here than anywhere else.

Had to visit Uckfield Minor Injuries Unit today, after being involved in a RTA. Both the receptionist and the nurse I dealt were so lovely, caring
& sympathetic to my situation. Much better than my local GP surgery who just said ‘go to A&E’. I wish I had remembered to take their names, so I could thank them personally.

Went to minor injures this morning with what I thought was a broken finger, luckily it wasn’t. But just wanted to say that the care from start to finish was amazing! Tracey and Sandy are the two ladies that dealt with me and their care and attention was incredible. Thank you both so much, you made the whole experience a lot better!

Absolutely wonderful. Thank you for taking such good care of our son in the minor injuries unit. We were on our holiday (from Germany) and our son hurt his hand with a huge splinter. Very friendly lovely nurses – can’t thank you enough!

Visited Uckfield minor injuries unit on Saturday with my mother who had fallen in the ice, all the staff were professional and friendly we were seen in good time and dealt with sympathetically.

The nurses are always beautiful people and staff are as always amazing. The site itself is very clean. I’m so proud to be a 20 year resident of Uckfield, it’s hospital and the built in Bird-in-Eye surgery. If the NHS is in crisis this place is an oasis of calm. Visited yesterday and the entire experience couldn’t have been more professional. The staff were well informed, friendly, courteous and efficient. In and out within fifteen minutes. Certainly on a par, if not better, than my experience of ‘private health’.

Visited this lovely hospital today with a poorly foot and the staff were amazing…saw doctor, had an xray and back out within 90 min…a lovely clean place…also they looked after my lovely dad 2 years ago and cared for him until he sadly passed away they were ANGELS….
