Such a fantastic hospital. I was on Ward B with Thuli as my nurse. She was so caring and reassuring. All of the staff were professional and kind from the cleaners, porters and doctors. I was meant to write this review a while back but never got the chance. Although the building is old and in serious need of renovation, the doctor I saw was excellent. Dr Raj Nandi, is very professional and genuinely cares about his patients and goes the extra mile. He gave me great advice and was very sincere.

The best care I’ve had in any NHS Hospital. RNENT is small, and has specialist staff, who take the extra care and display the bedside manner that is at (in my view) the heart of the ideology of the NHS.
Brilliant experience! Just like a private hospital. Had my own room, free TV and the staff are really really nice. I thought UCLH was good but this place is even better.
I was prepped for surgery and waited for hours before I was told my surgeons on leave and my surgery was rescheduled. Following on over a year from my surgery, my breathing has gotten worse, I don’t believe I was given the right treatment. And I was discharged with no solution.

Don’t know how to discribe this hospital! Every time I come there is a 2 hour wait, staff are very rude and unprofessional, fix up NHS I’m sure there are way to be quick.
My first appointment was on April, the one following it was on August and my next appointment is on February 2018!! I guess this tells it all. Oh, and they never answer the phone!
Main doctors are never here. They always get some other doctors to cover for them and it’s chaos. I had to wait over 2hours for my appointment. What a disaster. Day by day their service is going down.

Very strange layout for a hospital in the city. The service the hospital and it’s specialists provide is exemplary. Although it makes Higgledy-piggledy house on cbeebies seem like a scout hall.
