Always extremely rude staff on the reception
They charge for cutlery in the canteen, also for hot water. As students are the main customers and they already pay 9k a year this is ridiculous.

I attended a conference here and in terms of architecture and design this is a beautiful modern University with lots of open space and facilities. The staff were helpful, the food and coffee delicious and the surrounding area is traditionally British making for a nice setting and good place to have a conference.

This university in particular is purely about business, in other words: Just interested in making money. They removed my remaining credit for the John Lewis store, saying that they don’t want to spend money on former students. And there you go…that attitude alone says it all.
