A small bank branch where you’ll get a bit of old fashioned charm and customer service, with some modern tools if you need them. A real font of help when you need it. When you have an account you can also use their lounges in London, which are a godsend.

Once I went in to the shop they dealt with my issue. However they never called me back to book an appointment when I repeatedly followed their instructions on the website to get that to happen. And they make it impossible to find any particular branch’s phones number.

A great addition to having a savings account with Virgin Money. Spacious and welcoming; the staff were most helpful and pleasant. A great place to relax and have something to eat and drink after shopping.

Great customer service and easy to get to from Piccadilly line tube. Good selection of biscuits, tea coffee. All free of charge. Access to all virgin money customers. Great way to relex and unwind

Okay place to hang out and relax. Free tea, coffee, squash, WiFi and use of computers, printing. Friendly staff. Unfortunately I didn’t get to see the main area, as they were filming there. I hope to check it out another time – and hopefully give it a higher rating.

Great place for free tea and coffee when in town. Good place to sit and relax – use the free wifi or free plug sockets to charge devices. Not as nice as the other London branch – but for free I literally cannot complain!

One of the best things I’ve found in London. If you have a Virgin money account of any kind then you’re eligible to gain entry. Inside you get free tea, coffee, cold drinks, snacks (fruit, biscuits etc), magazines, internet access at PC’s, iPads… It’s perfect for taking a break out of the day and all FREE!!!

Tried opening a new business account but to be fair incompetent and lack of staff will cost them customers. They don’t have a clue what they’re doing!!
