Most of the regulars are very elderly which makes its annual sports day quite traumatic. The bar is never open and they have to keep stopping the jacuzzi when fred loses his false teeth! Not a weekend destination but great for visiting but only if you know someone who actually lives there otherwise it all gets a little awkward! 🙂

Well maintained and handy for local shops and the doctor. Flats are quite spacious, some have decent views.
