Councils are rarely very popular but I’ve lived in many council areas and never known a council who grabs its constituents money while providing such poor service. Communication is immediate when they require something and ignored when they are asked questions.
Ridiculous wait time just to speak to someone in school admissions. No option to request a call back but very conveniently given a count down 30 minutes before closing to make you aware your call may not be answered.
